a. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • Signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification may result in the return being denied.

b. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

  • A return authorization number and instructions will be provided if your request is approved.

  • Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

c. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, Auto Parts Inc will cover the return shipping fees.


2. Refunds

a. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We verify:

  • The product meets the original condition and packaging requirements.

  • It has not been used or installed.

If approved, the refund will be processed. If the return is rejected, the item will be returned to you without a refund.

b. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electrical parts that have been installed or used

  • Special orders or customized parts

  • Modified, altered, or tampered items


4. Warranty Information

Some products sold by Auto Parts Inc may be covered under manufacturer warranties. For warranty-related concerns:
