a. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as received.
Signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification may result in the return being denied.
b. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
A return authorization number and instructions will be provided if your request is approved.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

c. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The wrong item was shipped.
The item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, Auto Parts Inc will cover the return shipping fees.
2. Refunds
a. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We verify:
The product meets the original condition and packaging requirements.
It has not been used or installed.
If approved, the refund will be processed. If the return is rejected, the item will be returned to you without a refund.
b. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Electrical parts that have been installed or used
Special orders or customized parts
Modified, altered, or tampered items
4. Warranty Information
Some products sold by Auto Parts Inc may be covered under manufacturer warranties. For warranty-related concerns:
